How secure is RcCarPlace?
We use Authorize.Net for processing credit card transactions. Authorize.Net’s preferred payment gateway connection, Advanced Integration Method (AIM), provides the highest level of customization and security for submitting transactions on line. AIM employs security standard secure data encryption technology to connect to the payment gateway using a merchant-initiated 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our secure merchants account.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Which shipping method do you use?
Shipping Mode is FedEx Ground. USPS is used to ship orders to PO Boxes only. Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by FedEx Air. See Shipping for complete information.
How do I track my package once it is shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. Please make sure the email address you furnish is correct.
Where do you ship?
We only ship to the United States.
How about colors may vary?
We try our best to ship your choice of colors. Manufacturers ship cases with assorted colors. When one particular color is gone, we have to substitute.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, we collect sales tax of 4.85% on all orders shipped to Colorado.
What is your return policy?
All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Why don't you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Shipping is by Air only. The cost normally exceeds the cost of merchandise.
